When you are shopping in our online store, you are automatically accepting our Terms & Conditions. Therefore, we recommend that you read the following carefully before placing your order.
Pricing Policy
All prices are shown in HKD (Hong Kong Dollars). Prices do not include delivery charges. Orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense.
If you are situated in Hong Kong or Taiwan and show a preference towards a direct bank transfer payment, please make the request by email to carol@courbeginning.com.
International Payments
We currently only accept PayPal™ transactions.
Shipping Details
Your order will be dispatched within three (3) to five (5) working days from the time you place your order. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive your parcel tracking information by email. All orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays. Some delays may occur during public holidays. Courbeginning will not be held liable for any unforeseen delays by the assigned shipping servicer or local customs.

Returns and Exchanges
We will only accept returns or exchanges if the item(s) is damaged during the delivery process. You have to take a picture of the damaged item(s) and notify us by email no later than three (3) days upon the arrival. Please keep your postage receipt as proof that the package was sent. Courbeginning will be responsible for the return expenses.
